We offer various themes workshops and individual sessions, scheduled and customed workshops:


1. GROUP WORKSHOPS NVC for BEGINNERS

  • Learn a new attitude and a practical set of tools to:
  • Identify your feelings and needs
  • Postpone decisions and reactions until you’re able to identify what need is most alive in you
  • Translate anger into the language of needs
  • Express your needs in a natural, pacific way
  • Connect with people’s needs, instead of judging and blaming
  • Listening without judging
  • Make requests in a clear, nonviolent way

2. ASSERTIVENESS TRAININGS

  • To recognise your own and others’ feelings and needs
  • To express your needs with respect to others
  • To set boundaries in relationships
  • How to listen and be heard
  • How to move forward when we’re stuck: powerful questions
  • The importance of receiving and giving feedback

3. INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS ON

  • how to translate your or someone else’s anger, guilt or shame into the language of needs,
  • how to practice self-understanding, self-expression and listening
  • how to create trustful and long lasting relationship with a child,
  • how to better a relationship with an adult
  • how to recognise useless patterns and create strategies that lead to an authentic and powerful communication
  • how to transform challenging situations into enriching experience

For those who want to deepen their understanding and practice of NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION


5. EMPATHY PRACTICE GROUP

For those who have basic skills in Nonviolent Communication. To feel supported and give support to others by sharing and offering space and empathy to others (and yourself) is the biggest help in incorporating Nonviolent Communication into real life.
